Q: How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill online at www.CombineWSC.com, at the office, or by mail. There is a drop box at the office to make payments when the office is closed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), and money orders/cashier’s Checks

Q: Is my information safe if I pay my bill online?

Absolutely. All transactions are handled on secure servers. As long as you don’t give out your password, only you will be able to access your account. Plus, your personal information or e-mail address will not be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Q: How do I know my online payment went through?

After you complete the transaction, you can receive an e-mail receipt to confirm that your payment went through.

Q: When is the office open?

The office is normally open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The office is closed daily from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. for lunch and errands. With only two employees, events may arise that cause the office clerk to be out of the office. Before arriving at the office, please call to ensure someone is in the office.

Q: Can I call the emergency number to get information about my bill?

No, the billing software is in the office. The emergency number is strictly used to advise us that you have no water or you have identified a leak.

Q: Why is my bill so high?

Frequently toilets are the culprit of higher than normal water bills. If your toilet is leaking or running this may be the cause. To check and see of your toilet is leaking, put food coloring in the tank. If you see color coming into the bowl than your toilet has a bad flapper causing the leak.

Q: Will Combine Water Supply come out and fix a water leak on my property?

No, Combine Water Supply is responsible for anything up to the water meter and the water meter itself. Any connection past to water meter is the customer’s responsibility and should be repaired by a qualified plumber.
